3.Inspire and motivate our students,create the feeling ..We Cuddalorians should be the best successful civilians.

4.Cultivate this passion of unity and thirst to be successful across all Cuddalorians by our deeds.

5.Make our NGO act as a 'Gateway' between Industry and Colleges ,thereby arranging exclusive Campus placements.Means,utilise our influence and links to the fullest for the success of our under privileged deserving people and they in turn returning the same to their alike.

6.Educate our student community on their social responsibilities by teaching values of synergy in engineering front and addressing actions for Self Sufficiency,empowerment in rich educational values,empathetical transformation en routing a GREENER CUDDALORE in the eco-friendly front.

Mission TRANSFORM

The committment being the Tranformation of ECE students from Curriculum plane to Marketable arena ,the First session of training started on 1st August 2010.

First session:
Venue;Cuddalore-1
Speaker/Trainer:Sathiyanarayanan FOUNDER&DIRECTOR-SYNERGIC CUDDALORE
Beneficiaries: Final ECE students of SJCE Cuddalore
Agenda:
Road map was devised in acquiring core-skillsets of ECE like Embedded systems,DSP,matlab etc and its importance was instructed

Second Session:
Venue;Cuddalore-2
Speaker/Trainer:Sathiyanarayanan FOUNDER&DIRECTOR-SYNERGIC CUDDALORE
Beneficiaries: Final ECE students of SJECCuddalore
Agenda:
Awareness about importance of GATE and the optimized action plan to crack GATE was carved out.
Paper presentations,Seminars too discussed.
This time the beneficiaries were turned up in larger nos.

Operation :First hand on Final years

Final year students of Sri Jayaram Engg College Cudddalore were given hands-on training on Soft skills as they en-route their carrier footsteps.Sathiyanarayanan(Director-Synergic Cuddalore),Manikandan,Krishna (Domain experts in Soft skills)were involved in the operation.
Third year ECE students were throttled by the tech talk of Kalaiselvan and Sheikh who incidentally are successful in campus placements being Final year students of Annamalai University.
